Problem with UI scaling for apps in LxQT

Since I switched to LxQT desktop environment from KDE, I’ve noticed that some apps’ scaling UI doesn’t sync with my system-wide scaling (e.g., Skype with screenshot I’ve attached) and the app text and UI appeared really small
I hope somebody can provide me with some hints or solutions.

The simplest solution I can imagine is looking into the app’s settings and see if it has settings to increase font size or increase zoom. Also just to be sure have you restarted your system after changing screen scale?

I have looked into the apps, but not every app has an option to increase font size or zoom. I got those apps scaled perfectly to screen resolution in Windows 11

I am not on lxqt so I can’t say what might be happening with you. Can you describe how you set up global scaling? All the params you have changed? Maybe someone who uses lxqt will be able to point out any missteps in your config.

Meanwhile have a look at this.
