Hello! I have problems with KDE X11. The taskbar disappears by itself and edit mode won’t start. I didn’t pull any logs because I didn’t get any errors, but I’ll provide them if needed. I use Vmware and if I can fix this, I’ll probably choose this system instead of Nobara as my main system (I didn’t have any problems with Nobara), so I’m asking for help. I’d be very grateful. And I forgot to add that I don’t have these problems on Wayland, but X11 runs much smoother

Our distro is optimized for performance on real hardware. Installing in virtual machines is not recommended as it might result in a bad experience! (e.g. setup assistant not working)
We always use what works here.
For some it’s X11, for others Wayland.
Try the live ISO or stick with Nobara.
The garuda-inxi would normally be interesting, but not in a VM.
If you don’t have a second free disk or partition to properly test Garuda, you should really stick with your running OS.
We can’t offer bug fixes in the VM.
