Power And Battery system tray won't show battery percentage

It just shows an icon instead:
Screenshot_20240309_150942

Left clicking the icon shows the details:

I have tried to disable and re-enable the entry and restarted the PC.

It’s a KDE feature, not a bug?

I issued a bug report. The people at KDE said that you need to right click and tick “Show battery percentage icon”.

I already had that ticked, but the option was a bit different, it said “Show battery percentage icon when not fully charged”. So I drained one percentage point and I could see the charge percentage. It was reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally small text. And the size of the text is tied to “General” in Fonts under Text & Fonts in System Settings.
(example of said really small text)

I think it will be changed in coming updates.
