I am attempting to play .m4v files in Garuda Linux that I purchased in iTunes. Being a long time Mac User I purchased these movies on my older Mac. I cannot get mpv or any other video player to play these files. I assume this has to do with Apple DRM, but I was wondering if anyone may know of an available workaround to strip the DRM or just simply play the movies.

Thank you,

Jim

Unfortunately, stripping DRM in most countries is illegal.

I am sorry, but we can't permit posts that may violate many countries laws on the Garuda forum.

While I do not like DRM, we must keep the forum clear of threads advising on how to circumvent DRM.

My apologies.
