But I can confirm that partitionmanager does not start from the GUI.
Journalctl / manual starting from terminal:
/usr/lib/garuda/pkexec-gui partitionmanager
kf.dbusaddons: DBus session bus not found. To circumvent this problem try the following command (with bash):
export $(dbus-launch)
