pamac stucks during downloading
and after 2 to 5 minutes it start to download updates and once it finishes downloading updates it stucks again at checking integrity and few minutes it starts to download whole update again and this process is repeting
i have tried to update system using pacman and got some error mentioned below

i think both pacmac and pamac having same issue and this issue is mentioned here
but problem not solved methods shown there
