Oscar CPAP Tracker is missing the "Find Menu" so reports can't be printed

The oscar app which I assume is a gtk app is missing the file menu so options like print are missing among many others. I can’t find anything to re-enable the menu. I have tried both a reboot and changing the active kde theme. Garuda-inxi follows:

Your garuda-inxi claims the opposite.

Yep.

Looks like you have the AUR version of oscar installed. It does not run with x11 or wayland without issues. Also changing the GNOME/GTK application style does not work.

Stupid idea but it works - start the app with sudo rights:

sudo oscar

:warning: I strongly advise against running applications with sudo rights - do this at your own risk! And if you do, then only if you need the menu. :warning:

The far better idea is to install the flatpak version of oscar, which works without issues:

Edit: The AUR version of oscar does not work properly under wayland - but during yesterday’s test it did not work under x11 either. Today the app works under x11 without issues.
Switch to an x11 session and check if the menus are displayed - if so, then you have to use x11. If you want to stay with wayland, then use the flatpak version of oscar.
