Openrc & runit as init system

Hi there Garuda devs, I would like to ask you if you would make an edition of garuda linux with openrc or runit as the init system.(systemd-free) a minimal edition. That would be great. as garuda only have one minimal edition of kde. Thanks

That is a difficult request, I recommend you to use Artix Linux instead.

How about more systemd? systemd-boot is looking mighty nice these past few days!

From AUR:

systemd-boot, previously called gummiboot (German for: “rubber dinghy”)…

I’m sold already.

Garuda is a userfriendly gamer distro and most apps and also closed source binary blops had been made for systemd only.
There is a arch-based linux distro called Artix which provides runit, r6 and so different other daemons but i can say you only once you get used to the userfriendly enviroment of Garuda you would never want another arch distro anyway.
