Opening File Explorer through Browser opens Files rather then Dolphin

I have Dolphin set as my default file manager but despite this, if I download a file on Chrome, LibreWolf, or Firefox (browsers I’ve tried) and I click on the “show file location” icon it’ll always open the Files app to show it rather than dolphin. Is there anyway to change this?

Even
xdg-mime query default inode/directory
Returns
org.kde.dolphin.desktop

Is this by design or a bug? I REALLY prefer dolphin

To use the KDE file picker in Firefox 64 or newer, install xdg-desktop-portal and xdg-desktop-portal-kde, then set widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.file-picker to 1 in about:config.
