After installation and system update I can't change my laptop screen brightness the problem only occurs on the Nvidia 510 driver.
The same problem on other distros.
But it was all working on the 470 and even the 495 version of the driver.

So how can i rollback to the 470 from 510.

In the Garuda settings hardware configuration there's a nvidia-optimus-manager proprietary driver installed and i assume that's the 510, but there's another option called nvidia-optimus-manager-470xx but to install it i need to remove the previous one and even Nvidia-utili.
After doing all above and reboot brightness works but now the laptop doesn't recognize my external display and there are several errors with optimus manager and the output of Nvidia-smi is that it cant connect with the driver and that i need to check if i have installed the newest driver.

Please, i need this functionalities.
Thanks!

Thank you!
and the Garuda-inxi is now in the post

I've done what they are writing there but nothing worked. Nor the nvidia-bl and the kernel/grub commands, nothing. After the update back-light stopped working.

What’s the output of inxi -Saz ?

Your above statement is virtually meaningless without actually providing the inputs and outputs of any commands you ran. We are not looking over your shoulder while you troubleshoot. The only way we can know what took place is with the full record of any operations that were executed in the terminal.
