I started when I was 16 or 17 I think and I'm 21 now nearly 22. Was going to use Ubuntu until my IT teacher I discussed it with suggested Mint. He turned out to be a pedo anyway (unrelated lol) but hey he got me into Mint as my first distro which was pretty cool

i remember that CD cover like it was yesterday, been using linux since RedHat 2.0 back in 96 or 97. Mandrake was version 2 or 3 at the time. I'm 45 this year as well
