i was facing some issues with pulse-audio so i decided to forget about obs and stay with pipewire.
so i switched to pipewire and restarted my machine and i don't know why obs is working fine.
Fixed in the latest stable package in the arch repos. git packages and configuration file changes no longer needed as it works out of the box just tried
