Hello,
I have an external HDD hard disk,
in the last week I could not able to mount I'm and use him on my system.

You surely have to realise that the screenshot doesn’t provide any useful information? “Could not mount this device” is vague as vague could be.

Try mounting the device manually in a terminal (using mount) and see what (if any) output is returned.

but I didn't think about mount the drive through terminal…

In the terminal it couldn't find the drive but in the file explorer when I press on the icon of my drive its give me an error

Seems file system is not good/recognize
What is the filesystem on this hard-drive ? (Seems MBR partition on it)
Can you mount it on another computer ?

That NTFS hdd
You can use it without formatting
install ntfs-3g and try to mount

sudo mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/sdb1 /mnt/

Reboot after updating.

Be sure you disable fast startup in Windows.

Also test the LTS kernel.

See a fix/workaround below:

If you test the linux-lts kernel you may not need to modify fstab.
