Now I have an extra screen before restart or shut down

After some recent updates I am now getting and extra step or windows when shutting down or restarting.
When I shut down, from session shutdown or restart, I get and extra window with a Mosaic Byrd of Prey image, login window, and and extra step to restart or shut down. A terminal “Reboot” restarts without this.
Is there way to go back to normal.

Found it, under Preferences, System Settings, Login Window, Settings,
Quit Window, Turning the slider for Quit Window to off, removed the pop up Quit Window and extra step for shutting down or restart.
