Notification won't disappear on Wayland Gnome sometimes

How can I get the message to go away on Wayland Gnome? Usually the notifications work fine but sometimes they get stuck like this one in the screenshot.

I came back from my locked screen and the notification was gone. :person_shrugging:

The notifications are sent by the respective program, here by paru.
If you click on it with the mouse pointer, it is also gone.

Therefore, your contribution is not a solution.

Clicking on the notification "X" would not work. The Notification was up covering applications for over 15 minutes. I only noticed it disappear after I came back to my desktop after it being locked.

Usually the "X" makes the notification disappear and also "Clear All" usually works but not this time. The notification seemed to be bugged somehow.

Oh, then a bug report in git would be worthwhile.
Maybe this is already known.

I don't know how to reproduce the issue. Where would I report the bug?

I think the issue is with “emersion mako”. Saying that, I use KDE and with Wayland the notifications don’t look like with Xorg and can constantly get stuck if multiple notifications are loaded. Typically happens to me when I turn off my TV over night
