There is a notification sound for device unplugged and plugged playing at random intervals. When I turn off sound for those events it still keeps playing and I don’t know why. It doesn’t stop unless I turn on Do not disturb mode or turn off all notification sounds.

I tried looking on the web and can’t find any answers, I ran out of ideas what to search for and it’s driving me insane.

↻ restart your PC, from login page use X11.
Same behaver for older kernel?
Problem start after update?
Then use snapshot before this update.

Thank you for the help, I actually managed to figure it out. My TV was disconnecting and reconnecting for some reason but there wasn’t any notification for that but the sound for some reason.
