This happened just before Update broke & Update remote Fix stopped working.
Have multiple boot machines have not checked to see if Garuda breaks after update to 6.2 yet now will need to reinstall so will find out. 
PopOS installed Kernel 6.2 & still boots with no problems as long as Garuda boot loader is being used should not cause problems with 6.2 possibly.
Although can not check Garuda because having this same issue again.
GPGME Error no data when attempting to update
Also Snapper breaks as was happening before as well.
