sudo dmesg | nc termbin.com 9999

Yeah that slipped out of my mind…

journalctl -u NetworkManager -n 500 > journallogs

and

sudo dmesg > dmesglogs

this will output the logs to files journallogs and dmesglogs respectively that you can transfer to your working machine and share with us. (preferably via copy pasting the contents to a pastebin service like → https://bin.garudalinux.org/ and share the URL of the generated logs.

Edit:

Just noticed this. can you see if a

sudo modprobe iwlwifi

followed by

sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager.service

does anything?

Please also post the following logs,

journalctl --grep iwlwifi -r -n 500 > iwlwifilogs

after a couple of restarts the problem sorted itself out. ill keep your solutions in mind if it happens again, thanks

I would also suggest looking at this post,
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=2102667#p2102667

There are not many great answers available online but it seems that windows is the most likely culprit for this issue and a possible solution for this was mentioned adding the kernel module to initramfs itself but never tested out. If the problem reoccurs you can try out the above suggestions, post the required logs mentioned and also try adding the iwlwifi kernel module to initramfs.

I would Google the chipser “and Linux.” The AX200 pops into my mind as being mentioned in either the Arch Wiki and/or the Arch Forums. Hmmm.

Intel is starting to work the bugs out of the AX200 chipset, but I’d still expect issues for awhile yet. Their Wifi 6 series of chipsets were prone to a lot of issues when they first came out, they’re slowly getting most of the bugs ironed out.
