update: i just restarted (again) to update the video, however now the second screen is behaving like it should and i can use it after the login as expected... i changed nothing, just restarted (now at the 8th or 9th or whatever restart... i guess still thanks for trying to help? tho i feel sorry for those, that have a similar problem and see this issue and think they get a guide or something to resolve it...
I,m still not sure how starting 8 or 9 time fixes it.
just for sanity sake what version does you bios version say it is in your bios?

Bios version 7B86vMH which was released 2022-08-11.... don't ask me why it's this way but it works and i don't care if garuda gets the correct bios version as long as everything else works
