Error Message:

Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Because of this I cannot login into the system unless I delete some files.

It doesn't seem to be a real disk space issue, but rather something similar to this
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=342148
Did you happen to delete the wallet recently? I guess not, since you didn't mention that.
Maybe you could try deleting and recreating it.
See also arch wiki, e.g.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/KDE_Wallet#Unlock_KDE_Wallet_automatically_on_login

I don't think the issue is related with kdewallet I am getting this error when copying file as well

Imgur

also while sometimes using the terminal

 ╰─λ cd ~/Desktop/
error: Error when renaming history file: No space left on device

This issue causes the user unable to login into the system sddm just gets stuck after entering correct password. Only after deleting the files via tty mode and restaring the sddm then only I can log in the system

After freeing again some space, try a btrfs scrub and a btrfs balance (e.g.using the btrfs assistant).
