That sounds like more of a device problem. Did you ever research updating your BIOS?
Also, have you re-tried the Zen kernel? It is more multimedia-friendly than the LTS.
EDIT: I also noticed several Bluetooth-related posts in the Arch Forums this morning, so you might peruse them. Please don't post there, since posting is for Arch-only users.

for my device no update after 2019 03 is given , I was on the zen kernel before switching to lts (suggested by filo )

Yes, but that was before you had BT working again. If the Zen kernel fixes it, it’s a cheap fix.

If it crashes like that again, please post any kernel messages recorded in your journal (/var/log/journal)
$ journalctl
is the command

I would do a Google search on the error messages, such as “PCieBus Error” and "BadDLP. It seems to also indicate something about “r8169” which is your WiFi module. I have done a preliminary search for you. Here: https://www.google.com/search?q=PCie+Bus+Error+BadDLLP&sxsrf=AB5stBh-oB9D21Ixrtl5cAYXHS7SX7fl3w%3A1689200108545&ei=7CWvZOH0IIGD0PEP2--K-AQ&ved=0ahUKEwjhmrLjmIqAAxWBATQIHdu3Ak8Q4dUDCBE&uact=5&oq=PCie+Bus+Error+BadDLLP&gs_lcp=Cgxnd3Mtd2l6LXNlcnAQAzIFCAAQgAQ6CggAEEcQ1gQQsAM6BwgAEA0QgAQ6CAghEKABEMMESgQIQRgAUKyiAliQ0AJgmtkCaAJwAXgAgAFbiAGPApIBATSYAQCgAQHAAQHIAQg&sclient=gws-wiz-serp
If it comes to network problems, I am out of my depth. But there are any number of folks here that might.
I have one thought: If you can connect to your internet via ethernet cable, stop your Wifi, then do whatever you normally do with BT, and see if you bomb. Personally, I notice my BT signal drop dramatically over distance with concurrent Wifi use. Fortunately, I’m 2 feet from the router and everything is normal with ethernet.
Good luck, pilgrim.
EDIT: Have you tried the 8168 driver?
I have disabled my wifi and started using LAN, but the bluetooth is still the same
additionally while I was performing garuda-update
I got this Error: ==> dkms install --no-depmod nvidia/535.54.03 -k 6.4.3-zen1-1-zen ==> dkms install --no-depmod vmware-workstation/17.0.2_21581411 -k 6.4.3-zen1-1-zen ==> depmod 6.4.3-zen1-1-zen ==> ERROR: Missing 6.4.3-arch1-1 kernel modules tree for module nvidia/535.54.03.
Can booting into a snapshot when my bluetooth was working fine fix this issue?

It might , but then revert back when you next update. And living in a snapshot is definitely not a good thing. The problem in not the solution; the solution is the solution, and there are still a number of troubleshooting steps to take. For instance, you are currently in a partial update scenario, and that can be very, very, bad. You have to achieve a fully updated system, or it makes no sense to go any further.
Also, did you try replacing the “r8169” driver with the “r8168” driver yet, as I suggested?
sudo pacman -S r8168 r8168-lts
But first, update.
