What I require is card 1 deveice 0. have changed the same in /etc/asound.conf and /usr/share/alsa/alsa.conf

File: /etc/asound.conf
defaults.pcm.card 1
defaults.pcm.device 0
defaults.ctl.card 1

Have no issues on headphones on the same card or through HDMI.

Please help for the same.

Thanks.

I konw this may sound stupid - but I remember one time I couldn't figure out why I had no audio - and it was just one more hamburger menu away. Just make sure you check all of the settings. There's a lot.

Tried it all the way.

Changed pulseaudio default sink and device no luck.

Please help, can't resolve it

Finally FIXED IT.

Use hdajackretask and tick advanced override. Pick one of the unconnected pins to set to internal speakers and voila, everything works
