I have a little problem with the garuda (it is not the garuda itself but with the graphical interface)
In gnome-software and elementary appcenter
Applications like lutris and steam have the shortcuts to download the plugins of these flatpaks
Only in the garuda / manjaro does not give

Does it appear in Arch, or another Arch-based distribution?
If not, this is potentially a packaging issue.

Does the garuda pamac gui have a flatpak plugin? I know manjaro does and if you install the plugin you'll get the steam +lutris flatpaks
Yes, you can install it with
sudo pacman -S pamac-all
