why i got this every time i restart my pc but nothings happening there help me why cant i get packages?
You should give more information about what you did.
i just install this os and i can't install any package i am new with linux please help me
Open Terminal and type this (or copy & paste):
sudo rm /var/lib/pacman/db.lck && sudo pacman -Syu
...Enter your password as well and let it do it's job until it's done.

hey it says rm: cannot remove '/var/lib/pacman/db.lck': No such file or directory

OK. Then just enter:
sudo pacman -Syu

In the future please search any error you receive on the forum prior to opening a help request. Also, please refrain from posting pictures of an error message. I am only currently on my cell phone and I could not read what you posted.
Pictures are undesirable on technical help threads unless there is absolutely no alternative (very rare).
Glad you got your issue resolved. However, I think you need to do a little more research on how to use Arch based distros.The Garuda wiki is a good place to start your journey.
