I also have this kind of experience, cannot boot the mocka and dragonize live iso, the new and updated iso but the old dragonize from february is ok.
Ahah, that was the problem. I had to select Grub2 and it worked.

Note that for my regular laptop, all the ISOs boot fine. However, on my M$ Surface Pro 7, none of the release version ISOs work. However, the surface pro 7 did boot fine on the pre-release garuda-dr460nized-linux-zen-250212.iso ISO. So, the problem crept into the boot process somewhere between there and release.
It works, just need to enroll mok key if secure boot is enabled. thnxxxxx
