Hi there, welcome to the forum.
I suggest you do not work as root, but rather, when necessary, use sudo with your normal user.
Go back to your normal user and try (does not require sudo):

garuda-update

If you get the same errors, go for a:

update remote fix

I think for some reason the Konsole cannot use my internet, although I can use it for other purposes just fine, is what cause my issue.

From this:

I’m more keen on thinking that your issue is at DNS level.
Could you please provide the output of:

cat /etc/resolv.conf

If it shows an external DNS server, you may want to try changing it using the Garuda Assistant.
If it is your internal gateway or changing the DNS as suggested above does not help, you may want to give a look at this post, which an interesting suggestion on what you can do on your router to set the DNS there and possibly avoid ipv6:

Here is my result:

╰─λ cat /etc/resolv.conf
File: /etc/resolv.conf
# Generated by NetworkManager
nameserver 8.8.4.4
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 192.168.1.1

I have tried to use both the default DNS setting then switched to Google DNS, and both have the same result.

Thank guys for helping me out.

For some reason It seem the issue is solved after I reset my router.
