New black screen problem

I’m getting black screen after running those commands. Restoring snapshot for now.

Looks like it works whit -5, there is as well -6 staged when upgraded to this, after logging the DE is blank.

Are you guys on AMD? Post some hardware info into the thread, there is not much in here at the moment.

If you are on AMD, you may need to downgrade linux-firmware-amdgpu back to 20250613.12fe085f-5 for now. Check out this related discussion: The problem with the new update [SOLVED] / Pacman & Package Upgrade Issues / Arch Linux Forums

sudo downgrade linux-firmware-amdgpu

Not sure about the OP, but I am using AMD, and you are right if I keep the packages on the -5 all is working without problem. (I fixed my problem already using the downgrade. I just pasted the info above for the OP actually.)

Yes I’m also on AMD. Thanks, that solved it, and sorry for posting in the wrong place.

I’m on AMD Radeon 9070 too. I have restore a snapshot. So I will wait a couple of days, that they can fix the issue :smiley: Where is the best place to see, if the problem is fixed?
