Need to reinstall PulseAudio to watch streaming video

Rude! This is not how you go about asking for help (free help at that!). I can help you fix your problem with Garuda, but you need to work on your attitude. Garuda forum help is ran by volunteers.

What your problem is, is that you are trying to run both Pipewire and PulseAudio. Pipewire can handle pulse as well with pipewire-pulse. There is very little reason to use PulseAudio over Pipewire now with Pipewire’s Version 1 release; it is extremely stable and has been for quite some time now.

What you need to do is only have Pipewire correctly running.
Go to Garuda Welcome → Garuda Assistant → System Components tab. Uncheck PulseAudio. Hit Apply.
Then reinstall Pipewire using the Garuda Assistant (which I am thinking you will have to do because I don’t see Pipewire using pipewire-pulse in your inxi).
Uncheck Pipewire, hit apply. Then check Pipewire, hit apply. Then reboot.

(This is the same solution from a similar issue I’ve solved here: Web video playback isn't working, and no sound - #4 by Kayo )
