Hi there, first of all, welcome!
I’ve found a reference into the arch wiki related to a similar model (HP Pavilion g6-2379sr) with some known problems:

Suspend to RAM: Working properly
Suspend to Disk: Not work (do not turn off pc, just freeze on black screen)

It doesn’t necessarily mean you cannot find a solution (sightly different model and also slightly different problem), but I think you should keep this in mind at a certain point in time.
I’m not an expert of this stuff, but a couple of things you could do:
Update your system, with garuda-update from terminal, because 5.16.16-zen1-1-zen is surpassed, then reboot.
Check if there is a more recent BIOS/UEFI version, since UEFI: Insyde v: F.22 date: 11/22/2012 seems old.

PS:
I edited your post to give a raw look to the inxi with ~~~. Please check for the future
And also in the future usegaruda-inxi, providing more information.

Thanks for the reply. I have checked the BIOS update for this device that was the last update, they had release a BIOS update after that but removed it from Official website as it was causing issues to a lot of users and they recommend staying on this BIOS. Also just to let you know in my BIOS I have Legacy Support Enabled Secure Boot OFF is that whats causing the issue.
Also why my usb keyboard stopped working on one of the ports and its working on the other PORT all happened after this HIbernate thing. My mouse does work on the port also when I attach the keyboard it lights up but unable to type anything.

Just like this:

So there's no new update for the BIOS
Legacy Enabled Secure Boot Turned OFF
have provided Garuda inxi
where can we get from here ?

Why Legacy enabled?
UEFI mode normally performs much better.
I’d try in that way, if there was no specific reason to use the Legacy mode.

The only other suggestion I can provide is this article in th Arch wiki.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Power_management/Suspend_and_hibernate#Suspend/hibernate_does_not_work,_or_does_not_work_consistently
E.g. you could try to install the linux-lts kernel and a few other things described.
Apart from that, most likely someone more knowledgable on the topic will jump in

Why Legacy enabled?
-well i have kept that since Windows and haven't changed it

Also Do I really need Hibernate ? Can I use it without Hibernate ? I mean I have already created a swap partition.
Thanks for your help anyways i'll wait for the help.

Not if you don’t hibernate.

Use what? Garuda? Of course.

I don't need hibernate but need swap so selecting No Swap at the installation will it still create a default swap. Coz I reinstalled everything now selected No Swap but when I check

swapon -show

Also swappiness

And when I tried to test opening multiple tabs in browser and same time multiple apps it used Swap memory as below

So does this mean swap is present by default and I don't have to manually create swap?

Coz I'm okay if don't have hibernate but I need swap

Seems so.
And please, please, please, no pictures from terminals. It’s not readable on cells. Copy and paste as text.

This is the zram, which is compressed swap in RAM. Not the “traditional” swap.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Improving_performance#zram_or_zswap
It is provided by default, and I think you should keep it.

That one has a high value exactly to try and use the zram.

So, you’re good to go in this way, in my opinion.

Ok sorry I'll keep that in mind... So everything's good right? I don't have to add swap manually or anything I'm good to go with this.

Yes, you're OK.

Is there a possibility your USB port is physically damaged? Does that port work on other live disks?

Search your logs for "USB" related errors. Sometimes the iommu=soft kernel parameter helps with USB problems. Kernel parameters may also help with your hibernatation issue.

Heve you checked/changed/tested different C-States in your BIOS, as they directly affect your ability to suspend/hibernate?

Welcome to Garuda.
