Attempting to re-open an ongoing issue I've been experiencing: Desktop Freezes While Running Native Linux Games

I've been testing for awhile and any native linux game freezes the desktop, not just the ones I listed in the previous post. If I already have something open (discord, brave, spotify) they will continue to work and I can use them as normal for a time. Konsole is the exception, if I run htop or any running command it will freeze and I cannot close the window.

If I attempt to open anything or use the latte task bar nothing happens until I close the game. It is delayed but eventually everything I clicked or attempted to run will open. The longer I have the game open the longer the delay.

I am curious where I can begin troubleshooting to find what is causing the freezing and delays.

I know you know how to format terminal text.

@Stryder Seems your post is blocked for me too, it's a pity you don't format it correctly right away.

It's just hell on smartphones to scroll through the long text.

Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to determine where this interference is coming from. :frowning:

Feel free to delete the post if that works. I can resubmit with correct formatting.

Very nice of you, the other thread was marked as solved, otherwise I could have opened it.
