My terminal looks really weird

My terminal looks really weird after my computer lost power during an update, I belive my .bashrc file got corrupted. Here are some specifics:

Neofetch doesn't run automatically

There is no transparent/blur effect in the background

The color scheme looks completely different

Changing color scheme doesn't work

and the font looks really weird

If it helps here is my .bashrc file because I think that is the issue

        if ((major > 4)) || { ((major == 4)) && ((minor >= 1)); }; then
            source <("/usr/bin/starship" init bash --print-full-init)
        else
            source /dev/stdin <<<"$("/usr/bin/starship" init bash --print-full-init)"
