Multi Monitor, HDMI and one USB-C extend problem and lagging, another USB-C is fine

Hello

When I use HDMI to connect to a different display and extend the screen, nothing appears on the second screen, the first screen turns black, and all I can see is the mouse cursor.
Nevertheless, I can utilize the second screen with a lot of lag and poor quality if I adjust the second screen's resolution before extending the screen.

The same thing occurs when connecting with a USB-C connector.
Yet, everything functions normally when connected using a different USB-C connection.

Connecting with all ports, function properly on Windows 11.

Although I'm assuming it's a graphic card issue, I have no idea how to identify the issue or fix it.

Can any one help me through this issue?

Are you connecting the displays to the graphics card?

When I disable NVIDIA on windows, HDMI port is stops functioning.
And also in the settings it shows NVIDIA as the second monitor adaptor.

So I think my HDMI port uses NVIDIA graphics card.
