Mouse and keyboard shut down

Hey guys, I just flashed Garuda yesterday on my desktop pc. I like shutting my monitor down whilst leaving my pc on, yet, when I do that now the mouse and keyboard shut down. My GPU’s rgb is still lit up so the PC is on but the only way of taking control over it is to hold the power button to shutdown → restart. I have already tried unplugging and replugging my peripherals and I have set KDE to never lock upon delay, I have also tried. booting from a live USB, same issue, I am not using a USB dock of any kind. Any of you wizards know a spell that could be useful?

No, we are not clairvoyants.
Because you have not posted the garuda-inxi requested by the template, we would also have to guess which DE you are using.

  • After rebooting, post the FULL output of garuda-inxi in the body of the post (not linked externally, or collapsed with the “hide details” feature)
  • Format terminal output (including your garuda-inxi) as a code block by clicking the preformatted text button (</>) , or put three tildes (~) above and below the text

No it’s alright, I figured out the issue:
The computer went into standby mode which for some reason caused my peripherals to become unresponsive. I simply set my settings to “never lock screen” and “upon idle: do nothing”. Thank you for your help.
