Mokka Gaming Edition

… hi @all,

will there be a Mokka-Gaming-Edition, because i have my new PC installed with dr460nized-gaming, but this is too colorful for me :wink:

or is there a way to get a more “normal” look for dr460nized-gaming without problems;
or to get Mokka to a complete gaming edition like dr460nized-gaming preinstalled ???

I think by reading other threads, I have gleaned that many feel Mokka (while not intended) seems to game quite well. I’m using it.

There is no need for standalone edition of Mokka gaming. You can create it yourself. I already yesterday mentioned what is needed.

Just use a different theme or migrate to Mokka?

There is no plan to have Mokka-Gaming, it is not its goal, although it seems to be gaming pretty nice. As others mentioned people can make it a gaming if they want or install Dr460nized-gaming and migrate to Mokka.

you could try to just go to KDE system settings → global design → get new → get “Scratchy” → apply with everything

at least to my eye it looks pretty much the same. gotta change the control panel but those are two clicks and there you go. Not saying it is exactly that, but it comes pretty close.

… i’ll try this directly when i come home :wink:

Tt wont be full mokka but just grab then from gitlab grab the panel colorizer theme. Catppuccin Mocha Global Theme

But to get the best look follow the guide @nepti linked it looks hard but if you don’t use micro or something you can just skip that bit.
