Hi there, welcome.
Boot from a live USB and use the chroot button in the Garuda welcome.
This will give you a terminal where your are root in your installed system (not in the USB one).
Then you could try following this:

If your brightness is not yet zero when you are in the grub, you could try booting to a tty instead of chrooting. Check on the internet how to do it. In a few words, when you're in the grub press button E, go to the end of the line starting with linux and add 3 (with a space before), then ctrl+x.
