Mirroring Repo To Github

Is their a reason that the Gitlab repository is not mirrored to Github?

I like both Gitlab and Github but Github is just more popular, especially among open source developers. Mirroring the repository could help bring more visibility and people to this awesome project.

The management of two separate repositories can be a pain, but with automated pipelines being integrated in both Github and Gitlab the manual work is cut drastically.

Why Garuda Linux dont use it is

Besides, I don't think the extra work is worth it, who searches github to find operating systems?

Every day the forum is visited by over 4000 crawlers. That should be enough

Ultimately the idea is to get EVERYONE to leave GitHub since it is owned by Microsoft now.

Resistance is futile, you will be assimilated.

Thanks tbg I just assimilated that image.

Hi, Locutus.

Have we met somewhere before?

You seem familiar to me, not alien at all. I suppose I’ll have to probe my memory a bit.

Oh well, I’m off to the Opera with my friend the doctor (Ol’ Sawbones, we call him), so I’ll catch you later.

Hi Locutus, you seem familiar to me too.

I mean, I'm not an Agent of some kind. But I'm not a Gravedigger or a Whacker either.

I'm just a detective.
