Microphone seemingly broken by Discord

Microphone and several audio options disappeared, long story short I wiped and reinstalled garuda due to some less than cautious uninstalling.

After loading it back up fresh I hopped on discord with a friend and shared screen while I set some stuff up; my microphone worked fine during this time. They left the call and came back, I swapped sharing of monitors and then realized he could not hear me and I no longer had my normal audio options available but I now only had WEBRTC voice engine available.

The first time around I had not made use of my mic but it was detected. I'm not sure what broke it the first time.

I see that pulseaudio is not running but Alsa & pipewire are. I thought pipewire replaced pulseaudio but I'm not familiar enough with Linux (yet) to know.

So, technically speaking the problem is solved.

There's a [explitives] hamburger menu with various options including "game output and chat input" and for whatever reason it automatically flipped to game output only which hid the devices. Is there a place where I can just see all audio devices like a device manager basically?

Even the system settings hid the microphone so I was a bit flustered for lack of troubleshooting avenues. Thanks for your help in advance.
