Hi,
I’ve been looking for a way of making media in a playlist (eg. Bandcamp releases) play automatically. BUT not having videos on say YouTube autoplay.
I found a doc of sorts for a ~/.firedragon/firedragon.overrides.cfg file. However the docs refered to in the actual file are obscure. I found that
defaultPref(“media.autoplay.blocking_policy”, 0);
makes my Bandcamp playlist autostart (rather than having to start every track manually) but ALSO autostarts every YouTube video.
Is there a way of excluding the YouTube videos from autostarting?

Please post your garuda-inxi as requested by the template.
Have you tried setting autoplay to block everything in the firedragon settings under “Privacy & Security” and adding Bandcamp as an exception (or vice versa, allowing autoplay and adding YouTube as an exception)?

I’ll give your suggestion a look. I updated today, but the thing isn’t related to not rebooting.

Looks a bit strange, try posting that from Rani, and please format it correctly if you’re using the terminal.
Take a look at the three ~ from my edit in your post.
