Material-kwin-decoration from ChaoticAUR bad PGP Key

Unable to update my old image master which I only update every few months. inxi says it updated on the 18th but material-kwin-decoration won't update and now it says it has a partial install detected. I'm pretty unfamiliar with the ChaoticAUR as opposed to the AUR which I would have just reported the issue there. Should I be reporting failed ChaoticAUR installs somewhere else? Should I email the guy who's PGP key is invalid?

Here is log from "update":

Oh, I just saw System update failure. error: sip4: signature from "Pedro Henrique Lara Campos <[email protected]>" is invalid - #4 by filo, should have read the forum first, forgive me. I'm going to try "update remote keyring" and see if that helps.

Ran "garuda-update remote keyring" to no avail.

I've submitted the issue on github.
