Install and run pavucontrol to check your configuration, and make sure PipeWire is actually running (e.g. systemctl --user status pipewire.service pipewire.socket).
It looks like you’re limited to ALSA, which, as mandog says, doesn’t support multiple simultaneous devices.
There won’t be a tutorial for troubleshooting a specific problem.
