Have you tried changing resolution with nvidia-settings?
Additionally, it seems that your GPU is supported by the 470xx driver series

You might give it a try, but you’ll have to carefully remove the 390 drivers first.

yes. i try. but generally its not just about resolution. the font and sizes different in fullscreen and normal. the icons, texts, nothing is normal.

The resolution might be a known issue for your model.
Checking in the Arch wiki
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/MacBookPro11,x#Graphics
There are instructions for your model, but a link provided in that Arch wiki article

although old and for Ubuntu, at the end says:

Only the native resolution (2880x1800) is available, which means the text is rather small

And the other issues might be related to this.

Check if xft.dpi=120 or 144 is set in ~/.Xresources. If not exist, use Kate.
Restart.

If nothing else works, you could try section 5.4.1 or 5.4.2 in the Arch wiki article.
I just noticed that your model has also an Intel iGPU, although disabled by default, that you could try to activate as suggested.
