Ok, something on your system is wonky (most likely, something Python.) I assume this is not a new build? If it is, then do a complete reinstall. If not, try reverting back (Mom: "backups are important, dear") to a state where lutris was working, and go from there. If you can't do that, you will have to open a ticket on the Lutris forum.
My system is Intel CPU/Nvidia GPU and I am fully updated, and Lutris works like a charm for me, so I don't think the issue is with Lutris itself, but who knows??
Oh, and if you want to wait it out and see if the issue is fixed wtth a future update, try using the Flatpack version of Lutris. (Flatpacks, I know....gross.
