Lost the "Dr460nized" text top left. Now it only says "Default"

Good morning!

This is next to the Garuda icon menu. Guessing this happend after an update.

(Tried searching around and tried playing with settings, but I cant figure it out.
I can right click the icon and configure app launcher write my own text next to it, but this text I think is bigger + it still says Default

So if I write “Dr460nized” there it will say “Dr460nized Default” and with larger font than the “Default” text.

Guessing one of these is KDE settings and I need the other one?)

Noticed this recently too. I’m guessing the Window Title applet/widget updated somewhat recently and changed how some settings worked.
I fixed it by editing the Window Title settings. In Appearance, set “when title is unavailable” to what you want it to say.
