Try with the linux-lts kernel, and check the comments in the AUR (I did it too quickly)
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vmware-workstation
Of course this depends also on the version you have. They say that 17.5.2-2 works fine with linux 6.9 and 6.10, but the package was updated only 35hh ago and your Last full system update might have not got it.

No need to ask for help, it’s a support forum.
It looks like there are not many VMware users.
I’m not one of them, and the only thing I can provide is this service to enable networking (suggested in the troubleshooting section):
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/VMware#systemd_services
If it doesn’t help, search on the internet, or in forums dedicated to VMware. It doesn’t look like a Garuda issue. We have no configuration or package for VMware.
Edit: Sorry, just noticed it’s exactly the service you showed. So it cannot help…

OK, but, I have installed it with octopi and every time it was OK.

After working with:

sudo modprobe -a vmw_vmci vmmon
sudo systemctl enable --now vmware-networks.service
sudo systemctl restart vmware-networks.service

Nothing happened, but with the last update, it works again with LTS Kernel.

It was confirmed that it was an error on the last kernel compilation for the vmware modules.
