Login screen oversized after recent update

After the very recent update, the login screen after boot is oversized. The images and icons are pretty blurry too.

This doesn't happen after I lock screen, only after boot.
I am using 125% scaling btw, but it hasn't been a problem in the past.

There has been reports here and on Arch forums about the xorg-server regression that is causing odd scaling/dpi issues.

Oh that's why other apps also look little bigger than before. But those parts actually feel better on my small laptop screen.
