Lock the latte dock panel

Is it possible to lock the latte dock panel? A lot of times the Netspeed widget is moved to the other side of the spacer. Every time i have to move it back in place manually.

It depends on the nature of the widget.
You can lock Latte layout, making it Read-Only.
