Stream It is interesting as upstream to RHEL.
But as a distribution for servers in production, downstream, it is unacceptable.
Stability and security is essential.
The new features, which are in beta, are used in another environment different from production.
Centos Stream has killed Centos at the hands of IBM.
There is an interesting project underway: RockyLinux

My interpretation was that root spawns a regular user to build to AUR packages. pikaur has been using this trick to
Review PKGBUILDs all in once, next build them all without user interaction.

Damn, Plasma 5.21 is shaping to be a huge release:
- kwin-lowlatency merged to stock Kwin settings, now users will have more choices to fine tune their compositor settings;
- Also, with that, comes the ability to use mixed refresh rates on Wayland on stock Kwin as well;
- New and revamped Kickoff "start menu" (not my cup of tea, but it looks pretty good);
- Audio volume applet shows in real time your mic volume;
- And a ton of bug fixes and small new features.
And that was just this week. KDE team doing a great job.
