Gotchacovered, bud. Look up

EDIT: Just as true today as in 2012…

But unfortunately…

Just to clear things up on inadequate reactions - if you’ll re-read it - you’re the first one even mentioning it here, there’s no need to fight imaginary wars with something that wasn’t even stated or debated.

HONK-HONK

But since some people clearly misunderstood my reaction for the given news - i’ll expand a bit and close any wrong ideas of what i meant with it. In my view Greta’s FFF doomsday cult is purely political movement that in reality has about…nothing to do with climate change and advocates for some objectively horrible stuff, if you’ll actually dare to research their offered ā€œsolutionsā€ and affiliations.
Certainly the ā€œcauseā€ of vandalizing some Apple store’s property (which i really HATE for multiple other reasons) has nothing to do with climate change either.

It’s all about as legit, as quote of world famous doctor and climatologist Bill Gates, saying that planting trees is very bad for climate, while literally advocating to spray chemical dust into atmosphere to cover sky from the sun, like in The Matrix movie.
Same goes for Extinction rebellion.
Those lunatics are dangerous and are purest form of doomsday cults that world have seen throughout history many times before, they all has nothing to do with stated goals, climate, science or reason for that matter.

There are plenty of legit scientific organizations and debates around the subject, which doesn’t require anyone to go nuttier than a squirrel :chipmunk:, while offering some sound proposals of improving…you know, the actual ecological situation of our  :earth_africa:

Hopefully it cleared all the misconceptions.
But anyways, it’s certainly not the place to actually debate politics or climate here, since it’s against the forum rules.

aaaand now back on topic!

That’s so amusing.

Perhaps but kindly emailing Apple to call for a meeting to discuss this like grown men just might not get the story into the media. Parking a brick on the front door does that quicker. Also, I didn’t see this article in the mass media, not yet. I accidentally typed DeApple into my search engine and found it on a reddit group. But at the end of the day who really cares? Things like these just fall on deaf ears and blind eyes.

As a  i’ve always warned everyone - don’t trust  based services.

Strong arguments!
I’ll stick to that and add one more: I think stealing and destroying other people’s things is immoral and therefore reprehensible.
But maybe I was just brought up wrong and kept the wrong company!?

A sequence of zeroes and ones is not property. The physical drives on the servers, on the other hand, are property. When you upload anything to another person’s drive, you don’t own it any more. They have the right to delete it, you gave it to them.

Stop using other people’s computers for your storage. It’s not going to end well.

What is he smoking?

Stealing everything you’ve ever typed or viewed on your own Windows PC is now possible with two lines of code — inside the Copilot+ Recall disaster.

Lansweeper’s scans of its customers’ networks found an awful lot of Linux boxes facing imminent end of life, with no direct upgrade path. This, for clarity, is a very bad thing.

Or in another EPP mode, the power consumption during video playback can be reduced by 52%!

In a certain period, when I was a boy, I was so tripped out on Tetris that I could hardly fall asleep at night because I would close my eyes and see the pieces coming down…
