LibreCAD Window Resize (Unsizeable)(Portrait)

**My LibreCAD **
opens in a portrait format and wont resize. When I click the Maximize button it stays open in portrait and I need to use Alt while dragging the mouse to see the bottom of the screen. It wont drag bigger with corners nor can I drag the bottom to make the window smaller.
I have been on the LibreCAD chat to find resolution but they are saying it is with Garuda

The garuda-inxi output got cut off, there should be a lot more information in there.

Thanks for the screenshot, I had meant a screenshot showing the program with the issue though so we can see what is happening.
