Launching hyprland from login makes monitors go dark and then exit upon second launch

I’ve been curious so I decided to install hyprland. after inital install from garuda-hyprland-settings it had this issue so I uninstalled the package and removed the config file. It then proceeded to work twice I think. The first time was me inspecting it, the second was me working on changing the config to my liking. Upon rebooting fifteen minutes later. It no longer works. I am unsure about what would be the cause of this issue as very little that generally matters was changed.
